Responsibilities:
.Working in DongGuan(Guangdong province).
.Administrative support to management.
.Perform diversified secretarial duties.
.Manage the general affairs function of office operations including
transportation,courier,phone calls,appointment,meeting,travels,and
budget.
.Coordinate relevant arrangement for staff & visitors.
.Formulate & implement office administrative procedures,oversee
daily administrative operation and control administrative cost.
.Responsible of office & stationery supplies.
.Manage office facilities and maintenance.
Requirements:
.At least 3 years experience as office administrator.
.Well-organized,details-oriented & selfmotivated,tactful communi-
cation skill.
.Willing to work under time pressure and tight time frames.
.Strong PC skill.
.Excellent command of written/spoken English,Mandarin & Cantonese. |
